Ted Sharp, CFO

Over 25 years’ experience in diverse industries, including the exploration and mining sector. He is currently President of an accounting firm in Nampa, Idaho.

Past experience includes executive roles at Key Technology Inc., a publicly-traded manufacturer of capital goods, and accounting work in both public and private sectors. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Boise State University and is a CPA.

David Harvey, VP of exploration

Senior exploration geologist with over 35 years’ experience in the gold and precious metals sector.

Has a strong track record of discovery and expansion of precious, base, and industrial mineral sectors, including Alaska.

Certified Professional Geologist, BA Earth Science and MSc degree in Economic Geology.

For 20 years, served as president and CEO of the internationally recognized mineral industry advisory firm, Behre Dolbear.

Jeffery Dye, Ind. Director

CEO of global financial services businesses with General Electric, American Express, Barclays Bank.

He led GE Corporate Payment Services and was President and Chairman of GE's commercial bank, GE Capital Financial and on the board of Mastercard, and led Barclay’s global commercial payments business in London.

Extensive business experience and network in construction, infrastructure, gold mining, and finance in Africa, Middle East and Europe.

Currently the president and partner at CPF Ventures, a project development, management & investment company specializing in energy, infrastructure, construction, mining, healthcare, and tourism.

Corporate professional with diverse technical experience in the precious and base metals industry, having held directorships with numerous exploration companies around the world.

Currently the non-executive director of a private gold exploration company based in Scotland, and previously the Technical Director of a UK listed gold mining company.
